We provide a complete design service for cities and towns. We design and implement civic amenity projects from building renovations to new construction of medical offices, cultural centers and fire stations. We help mayors turn their plans into reality. We also focus on energy saving measures. Our main partner is city Litovel.

We handle orders from production modernization to greenfield construction. We create projects that make sense. Our goal is to design a facility with minimized operating costs of energy or maintenance. At the same time, we pay attention to the efficient flow of materials, people and equipment. Do you need a sterile environment for precision production? Or a robust facility for light industry or an intelligent warehouse? We will prepare a project that will serve you, not you for it.
Contract design office
Ing. Tomáš Janáček, CEO of INOVACE STAVEB s.r.o., concluded a “Framework Agreement for the processing of project documentation and engineering activities for the facilities of ČEZ, a. s. in the Moravian-Silesian, Olomouc, Zlín and South Moravian regions”. This contract is concluded for a fixed period, until 2029.

Dětmarovice Power Plant
new construction of a large transformer station
expected completion date: summer 2026
The project of a new transformer station, which is part of a huge investment of 2.5 billion crowns in a new source of electricity and heat at the Dětmarovice power plant. The transformer station will enable the output of 110 kV.
Matachana Incinerator
waste processing technology
expected completion date: start of operation in 2026
A comprehensive project for a new waste decontamination line, which will be located on the premises of the incinerator in Ostrava. The technology requires, for example, steam or compressed air.
New apartment building
street Severni in town Litovel
expected completion date: April 2026
New construction of an apartment building in the town of Litovel with 55 residential units. The apartment building is built of ceramic blocks with monolithic reinforced concrete ceilings.
