INOVACE STAVEB s.r.o. was founded in 2020 with the vision of bringing a new, more open approach to the construction industry and subsidy consultancy.
Traditional ways of operating in the industry often lack transparency and personal approach to clients.
Our team of experts in Ostrava and Červenka u Litovle share the same philosophy – combining professionalism with fair dealing.
We provide clients with quality services that have real value.
The founder of the company, Ing. Tomáš Janáček, continued his education at the Faculty of Civil Engineering of the Technical University of Ostrava.
He further develops the acquired knowledge in practice when designing family houses and commercial buildings.
His portfolio was later supplemented
with subsidy titles from the New Green Savings program and Modernization Fund challenges, which focus on energy-saving measures in various types of buildings.
We have professional honor and in our work, financial motivation is not the decisive factor, but the quality result that we stand for.
